What we collect

If you use the call-back form, we collect the name and phone number you enter, plus anything optional you choose to add: an email address, the topics you tick, a rough amount owed, the number of tax years, a letter code, a best time to call and a short message. We also record the page you sent it from, the referring page and any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), and the time.

We never ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank or card details, and the form rejects messages that look like they contain a Social Security number. Please do not put them in an email either.

How we use it

• To arrange the call you asked for, about the inquiry you described.
• To send you one confirmation email, if you gave an email address. Replies go to help@bowlinggreentaxresolution.top.
• To match your request with an independent tax professional who can talk it through. We do not sell your details to data brokers.

Where it is stored and who processes it

• Baserow stores call-back requests in a private database.
• Resend sends the confirmation email and our internal notice of a new request.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the form handler. It sees standard request data such as IP addresses, and we use the IP address only for a short-lived limit on repeated submissions.

Analytics

This site loads Google Tag Manager, which runs Google Analytics 4. They set cookies and measure page views, clicks on the phone number, and whether a call-back form was started or sent. When a call-back request is sent, the topics you ticked are recorded as an analytics event. We do not send names, phone numbers, emails or messages to Google. You can block these cookies in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on.

Calls

Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance and qualification purposes. By calling or submitting your information, you consent to receive calls or messages regarding your inquiry.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep call-back requests while they are useful for following up on your inquiry. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email help@bowlinggreentaxresolution.top from the address you used, or tell us on the phone.
